From there he traveled on foot for 22 days to Kathmandu via Kanchanpur, Kailali, Chisapani, Lumbini, Chitwan and Nagadhunga. He arrived in Kathmandu on Chait 24.

On 1st June 2077, he started walking from Gujarat, India to spread public awareness about health and sustainable development. He has claimed to have traveled 19,000 km. He said that he has completed the journey on foot through 10 different states of India including Goa, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi. This is his first foreign visit during the campaign.

He is a teacher and writer by profession. He teaches English at IMS Institute, Gujarat. Abhiyanta Shah said, "High blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol have started to appear in young women by the age of 30". Later, because of this, severe disease is caused. To stay healthy, I have been requesting students to exercise, not to eat junk and fast food.'

He said that he is campaigning at personal expense. "I will not collect a single rupee donation from anyone," he said, "Uttarakhand-Kathmandu is about 750 km away." I was able to walk only 500 km due to Nepal's wildlife reservation area, Narayangadh road maintenance etc. The goal was to walk from the west to the east of Nepal and then go to Bhutan via Bengal.'

He reaches among the youth of the age group of 16 to 30 years during the campaign. Being a teacher himself, he used to meet students and teachers in schools and colleges. He listens patiently to their problems. But they do not give them medical advice. Instead, they advise them to exercise regularly and pay attention to diet to improve their lifestyle.

According to him, the main cause of health problems is unhealthy diet and not exercising regularly. People should exercise daily, do yoga, drink plenty of water, Ignoring simple things like not eating junk food can lead to health problems,' he told Kantipur, 'I think the campaign will inspire lifestyle change, sustainable development of individuals, society and the environment.'

He said that he was shocked and proud to see that the Nepalese have protected the cultural heritage that has been going on since the tradition during the campaign. I found Nepalis to be honest, hardworking and helpful. Nepal's weather is cold and suitable for walking,' he said, 'I have thought of visiting Nepal again soon.'

According to him, he needs to travel for another five years to complete the campaign. He also said that there is a plan to travel to Bangladesh, Thailand, Maldives and other countries. He said that during his journey, he stayed sometimes in ashrams, temples, patipauwa, petrol pumps and sometimes in hotels and common people's houses.
