An agreement has been reached to invest in Akama Hotel Limited from Reliable Private Equity Fund promoted by Reliable Venture Capital Limited.
Sudaykant Jha, Chief Executive Officer of Fund Manager on behalf of the Fund and Vinay Kumar Shrestha, Chairman on behalf of Akama Hotel, signed the agreement. According to the agreement, Reliable Private Equity Fund will invest 225 million rupees in Akama Hotel and buy shares equal to 10 percent of the share capital remaining after the initial public issue.
