They said that bodies such as media houses, newsrooms, journalists' federations are not sensitive to inclusion issues. The speakers opined that the media should always be responsible for being the voice of the marginalized sections.

In the fourth session of the debate on the topic of 'Ethical Media', Press Council Nepal President Balkrishna Basnet, former president of the council and editor of Teacher Magazine Rajendra Dahal and Central President of Community Radio Broadcasters Association Arjun Giri debated.
